Talent development programme

Pukerua Bay club is part of Waikanae AFC’s Kotahitanga Waikanae Talent Development Programme along with all the other clubs on the Kapiti coast. Kotahitanga Waikanae TDP is a football development programme for selected players who attend specialised training sessions each week with a programme designed to maximise their potential in challenging and enjoyable sessions.

It is available to all players in Grades 13-15, players born 2006 – 2009.

TDP teams compete in Capital Football’s highest league against other TDP accredited clubs throughout the Wellington region.

Pukerua Bay Soccer thinks this is a great initiative. We are unlikely to have many players from our small club taking up places, but it's great to have a quality programme that we have preferential access to. We hope that it will be a pathway for any of stronger, ambitious players.
